Manufactured by Caswell Fire Resisting Ductwork Ltd, it has been selected for a major project within the 450-acre, c.£2b Paddington Village development in Liverpool’s ‘Knowledge Quarter’.

These bespoke CASWELL FIRESAFE® fire rated Smoke Extract ductwork systems, comprising 2.6 metre x 1 metre sections and manufactured to BS476 : Part24 specifications, will fulfil a vital role in protecting life and property in an enclosed, underground Car Park.

We were entrusted with the Fire Rated Ductwork supply package – under our ‘T2 Supply & Install’ service – by Liverpool-based MEP Building Services company, a+b Engineering; who were Main Contractor, Morgan Sindall‘s ‘North West Sub-Contractor of the Year 2019’.

The work will receive a full post-installation check by our IFE-qualified Passive Fire Protection experts and so guarantee the signed Certificate of Conformity is exactly that. Our commitment to safety, quality and accountability.
