This (literally and figuratively) high-profile, 31-storey ‘vertical village’ is part of the £100m Oxygen development situated at the heart of Manchester’s Piccadilly hub.

As with all our service tiers, it includes a full post-installation check prior to us issuing a signed Certificate of Conformity. We have always championed safety, quality and accountability. And now, in the post-Grenfell era, it is even more important to provide that level of reassurance.
