RAS Duct Zipper ‘L’ Duct seaming machine
This welcome replacement for our previous ‘well-used’ machine is designed to be space-saving, quicker and requires less physical strain by operators.
This new high-spec machine accurately forms clean duct joints on up to 1.2 mm sheet.
Boxer 16s Gauge Edging Machine
This edging (flanging) machine is used to form a right-angled flange up to 15mm high on material between 0.7mm and 1.6mm thick.
A uniform lip / flange can be formed on straight or consistent curved components (radiused bends) down to a radius of 60mm.
Boxer CNC Punch Cropper
This one has been with us for a while longer.
As the name describes, this computer-programmed powerhouse is capable of speedily and precisely punching holes and cutting off lengths of heavy-duty RSA flange we use for our duct connections.
Housed in the ‘Saw Bay’, this 10m-long setup is a bespoke design to meet our specific requirements.
