The redevelopment of this 1930s West London building is a reinvention of the former EMI Headquarters that combines retained heritage, contemporary workspace design and significant embodied carbon savings.
A two-storey extension has been added above the original structure, creating light-filled office space with London views and access to a landscaped wraparound terrace. A three-storey rear extension also provides green space and landscaped green roofs on every floor. The redevelopment carefully balances architectural preservation with future focused workspace design. 🌳
